How RWP Consulting Began
RWP Consulting Services was originally founded to support nonprofit organizations and leaders through consulting and training. As the needs of clients evolved, so did our services. Today, RWP provides project-based HR support—such as compliance audits, handbook revisions, and policy development—as well as fractional, executive-level HR leadership for growing teams and mission-driven organizations.
